Sharon Lavoie Lamb has been drawing and painting animals for as long as she can remember. Born in the White Mountain region of New Hampshire Sharon grew up in Connecticut around woods and wilderness. Her experience with animals is vast and strong. Having many horses, dogs, cats and lots of other interesting animals growing up. Today you can find Sharon with one of her many rescue animals by her side.

Living in New England shares the opertuity to explore that wilderness. Sharon will go for long walks in the woods, return home to draw and paint. Mostly working with colored pencils and ink Sharon feels painting became more rewarding and expressive for her.Frequently tring surealism and abstract, painting pet portraits became her passion. Capturing as much life like detail and realism in her paintings is very important to Sharon.

Sharon's art has been collected worldwide by national show horse and show dog owners as well as world cup show horse owners.
