The state of Indiana has an original Frase in their permanent collection. The artist is the winner of several national art contests including the 97-98 Florida Waterfowl Stamp. Paintings and prints by the artist are now in all 50 states, and dozens of other countries. Michael's work is also available through Audubon, National Wildlife Federation, Easter Seals, C.A.R.E., Pheasants Forever, Ducks Unlimited, Wolf Park, Timber Wolf Information Network, The Florida Panther Society, Valley of the Kings Sanctuary, Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, and several other groups.
The artist's work is featured on stamps, calendars and magazine covers. It is also featured on countless web sites, newspapers, and television. Michael occasionally accepts commissions for pets portraits. Some fine examples of his work in pets instead of wildlife are his studies of his niece's cat Marmalade.
