Lee Mitchelson

Lee Mitchelson is an award-winning artist doing paintings of animals in the style of Traditional Realism. She has been a commission and gallery artist for more than 30 years with paintings owned by Ellen Degeneres, Ben Stein, William Shatner and many others. Coffee-table books with her art include Vavra's Horses and The Unicorn of Kilimanjaro. A third, Alive in Africa, will be coming out in September from Lyons Press.

Lee's passion in life, her purpose, is to use her art to raise funds for animal rescue. She is proud of her membership in Art for Critters and her success on ebay towards this goal.
